The BREMER KAFFEEHAUS ORCHESTER GbR tries to make online shopping easy and simple for you, our customers.
We have applied the same principle to our delivery terms.

2. Area of application
All of our services and deliveries as well as offers are exclusively based on these terms and conditions.
3. Orders
All offers - as well as all prices quoted - listed on our homepage are non-binding; they are merely
invitations to you to make an offer in the form of an order. We cannot guarantee that the goods presented
by us are available at all times. In case of unavailability of goods we must reserve the right not to
provide the item in question or to offer you a substitute. No claims for damages may be deduced from that.
4. Prices
The prices include the valid V.A.T. and packing; however, shipping costs are excluded.
5. Shipping
The order will be shipped to the delivery address as indicated on the order unless different arrangements
have been made. We charge a one-time total of Euros 2.50 (pro rata) for processing fees and shipping costs
per order. Regarding deliveries to other European countries we charge the shipping costs in Euros that have
actually been accrued per shipping. The customer is informed about the amount of the shipping costs prior
to sending out the goods.
6. Delivery time
As a rule all online orders we receive (by 10 a.m.) will be delivered to you within three working days.
All information regarding the term of delivery is non-binding as long as the date of delivery has not
yet been officially confirmed.
7. Payment
The payment of the sales price is due within 10 days.
You may pay by bank transfer.
8. Reservation of ownership
The goods will remain the property of the Bremer Kaffeehaus-Orchester until it has been paid in full.
9. Return / exchange of goods
If you ordered the goods online, you are entitled to revoke your order in writing within 14 days after
you have placed the order. If the goods have already been delivered in whole or in parts, you may also
revoke your order by implication by sending the goods back to us. The return of the goods must be sent
back in the original wrapping material at our expense within 14 days if their value exceeds Euros 40.00.
If the value of the goods is less than that amount, you are requested to pay for the return costs.

10. Complaints
All our goods undergo careful inspections. However, it cannot be excluded that the item delivered may be
faulty. Please register a complaint about such defects immediately. This also applies to any damage caused
by the transportation of the goods.
11. Returning goods
Please indicate the reason for returning the goods when sending them back.
12. Data protection
For the purpose of processing the order and any additional customer support the customer herewith
authorises us to collect, process and use all required data, such as his/her IP address, e-mail address,
name, postal address, order dates (item, price, amount, etc.), a different delivery address, if applicable,
as well as any additionally provided voluntary information while complying with all legal regulations.
13. Applicable law
If you are a commercial buyer, German law shall apply exclusively to the exclusion of the German Private
International Law and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If the contracting
partner is a commercial buyer, the exclusive venue for any and all disputes arising from this contract shall
be Bremen (Germany). In any other case the valid law of your country of residence shall apply. Any disputes
shall be under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of your country of residence. We hope you will enjoy

Die AGB für unser Konzert-Abonnement
Die BREMER KAFFEEHAUS ORCHESTER GbR bietet Ihnen für die Konzertreihe in der Glocke in Bremen drei verschiedene Abonnements an:
1. Das 2er-Wahl-Abonnement besteht aus dem Weihnachtskonzert und einem der anderen Konzerte (Herbst- Neujahrs- oder Frühlingskonzert).
2. Das 3er-Wahl-Abonnement besteht aus dem Weihnachtskonzert und zwei der anderen Konzerte (Herbst- Neujahrs- oder Frühlingskonzert).
3. Ein Jahres-Abonnement besteht aus dem Weihnachtskonzert und allen 3 anderen Konzerten (Herbst- Neujahrs- und Frühlingskonzert).
Anmeldung / Änderung des Abonnements
1. Die Bestellung eines Auswahl-Abonnements ist möglich bis 10 Werktage vor dem Weihnachtskonzert.
Die Bestellung eines Jahres-Abonnements ist möglich bis 10 Werktage vor dem Herbstkonzert.
Ihr Abonnement gilt für jeweils eine Konzertsaison und verlängert sich automatisch,
wenn es nicht zum 30. Juni eines Jahres schriftlich gekündigt wird.
Änderungswünsche (auch für die Auswahl der Konzerte im Wahl-Abonnement) für die nachfolgende
Saison teilen Sie bitte ebenfalls bis zum 30. Juni eines Jahres dem Ticket-Service in der Glocke mit.
Bitte beachten Sie, dass nachträglich eingehende Änderungs- bzw. Kündigungswünsche nicht mehr
berücksichtigt werden können.
2. Die Tickets für die gewählten Konzerte werden im Laufe des Monats Juli mit der Rechnung übersandt.
Diese Karten sind übertragbar; es gelten jedoch die allgemeinen Bedingungen zur "Übertragbarkeit von Abonnements".
Sie können die Karte auch zu den unter "Kartentausch" genannten Bedingungen tauschen.
3. Ein Anspruch auf bestimmte Plätze besteht nicht, sollte Ihr Wunschplatz schon vergeben sein, bemühen wir uns um
eine möglichst gleichwertige Ersatzlösung.
Kartentausch:
Der Tausch von Karten ist gegen eine Zahlung einer Gebühr von 3 € pro Karte nur im Ticket-Service in der Glocke
möglich. Für nicht besuchte Abonnementkonzerte kann kein Ersatz geleistet werden, eine Berechtigung zum Besuch
anderer Konzerte besteht nicht.
Übertragbarkeit von Abonnements:
Sollten Sie einmal ein Abo-Konzert nicht wahrnehmen, können Sie diese auch an andere Personen weitergeben.
Der bestehende Vertrag behält dabei seine Gültigkeit, so dass weiterhin die eingetragenen Vertragspartner
verpflichtet bleiben und auch die Zahlungspflicht weiterhin gilt.
Änderungen, Verlegungen, Erstattungen
1. Sollte der von Ihnen belegte Platz aus technischen Gründen in Ausnahmefällen nicht zur Verfügung stehen
(z.B. Ausbau der ersten beiden Sitzreihen im Parkett für eine Bühnenerweiterung), erhalten Sie eine Eintrittskarte
für einen gleichwertigen Platz möglichst in der Nähe Ihres "Stammplatzes".
2. Programmänderungen sowie Umbesetzungen bleiben vorbehalten und begründen keinen Anspruch auf Rücknahme oder
Umtausch von Abonnementkarten.
